How do I place my order?
In most cases, you can simply place your order in our webshop. Browse through our webshop and add your favorite products to your cart. Then complete your order by proceeding to the checkout. Shipping and payment information is required at this point. If you experience any sort of problems during the placement of your order, please follow the following alternative steps.
- Send an email to our customer service (email@example.com) in which you specify your shopping list and location. Please make sure that you state the product number and quantity of the items you wish to order. Also, a delivery and invoice address have to be provided.
- We will process your order manually and you will receive an invoice.
- After your payment is received, your order will be prepared and sent to your shipping destination.
How much is shipping? When will my order arrive?

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive an email comfirming your order right after we received your payment. When the postal company picks up your order from our distribution centre, you will receive an additional email including your Track & Trace code.
Will I have to pay any additional duties and taxes?
In some countries, the customer may be required by its country's customs regulations and government policies to pay duties and taxes. This is the responsibility of the customer.
Can I exchange or return my order?
